Electrical engineer by training. Holds a B.Eng and M.S. Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Started career as Research Associate with CRIM in Canada followed by eleven years with Nortel Networks to hold a wide range of responsibilities from Systems Engineering to Program Management, Marketing and Major Accounts Executive in Canada, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Prior to Actel Consulting, led the Asian operations of Ciena, a leading intelligent optical networking vendor, to build a self-sustaining and growing organization across Asia from a greenfield start.
