Matthias Vukovich

Before launching AQX, Matthias acted as the CFO/CIO of digital infrastructure portfolio companies under Warburg Pincus Asia.

CIO of Singapore-based data center operator Princeton Digital Group.

CFO of Converge ICT, a publicly-listed fiber broadband operator in the Philippines, where he led Converge through its USD$600MM IPO in 2020.

Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley as a Digital Infrastructure investment banker in Tokyo, London, and Hong Kong, where he focused on telecom tower, data center and fibre M&A and financing transactions.

Matthias previously also acted as an Independent Director on the board of Tokyo Stock Exchange listed telecom tower operator JTOWER until the company’s privatisation.

Raised in Japan and having attended Keio University in Tokyo, Matthias is fluent in Japanese. In 2002, he started his career in the corporate sales team of NTT Docomo.
