He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in the telecom, technology, utility, retail, and heavy-civil-infrastructure industries. Sai has served more than 30 clients in 20 markets, including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and the United States. He also led business-to-business (B2B) product development and technology planning at AT&T.

Clients benefit from Sai’s functional expertise in strategy development, business and transformation planning, radical performance improvement that uses zero-based and agile approaches, analytics, and digital. In the telecom and tech sectors, Sai also has extensive experience in infrastructure joint venture partnerships and strategic sourcing, as well as value assurance for technology investments and services.

Sai has an MBA in general management from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science in operations research from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Scrum Professional and a Certified Cloud Practitioner.
