Prior to January 2024, Morgan was also country head for PGIM Real Estate in Japan and Korea. During his time at PGIM, he has also held the roles of head of Asia Pacific, head of Asia Pacific Debt and chairman of the Asia Pacific Investment Committee.

Morgan joined PGIM Real Estate from Grosvenor Fund Management, where he was a regional director responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Grosvenor, Morgan spent five years with Royal Bank of Scotland in several positions including head of Real Estate Finance, head of Japanese Coverage and Origination, and regional head of Real Estate Advisory.

In 1999, Morgan established DB Real Estate (RREEF) for Non-Japan Asia and continued to lead that business unit until mid-2006. Wilson Chung is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Chung is based in Singapore and focuses on identifying and evaluating Asia Pacific investment opportunities. He has over 15 years of infrastructure, private equity, and corporate finance experience in Asia.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Chung was most recently a Senior Vice President in the infrastructure principal investments team at Macquarie Capital. He led Macquarie’s balance sheet investments in digital infrastructure in Asia, with a focus on building platforms and developing greenfield datacenters and other digital infrastructure assets. Prior to that role, Mr. Chung worked in Macquarie Capital’s private capital markets team where he focused on principal investments and advisory mandates across the consumer and technology sectors in Asia.

Prior to Macquarie Capital, Mr. Chung was a co-founder and CFO of Litegrid Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong telecommunications infrastructure developer and prior to that, he covered consumer, industrial and telecom investments for Unitas Capital, an Asian regional private equity fund. Mr. Chung started his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.

Mr. Chung received a Bachelor of Laws, with honors, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Kavickumar sustainability professional in Asia with over 13 years of experience across EMEA & APAC having undertaken senior global & regional roles within some of the world's largest technology, food & beverage, renewable energy & agribusiness corporations. He currently leads Microsoft’s sustainability and policy efforts in APAC for their cloud operations & innovation team. He is the co-chair of the sustainability working group at the Asia Cloud Computing Association, an executive member of the datacenter chapter of the Singapore Computer Society, a member of the sustainability committee at SGTech, and an adjunct faculty member at the National University of Singapore School of Civil & Environmental Engineering and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) University. He holds a bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He also holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School.

Chris Street is Group Chief Revenue Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centre (STT GDC). He is responsible for accelerating growth and creating new opportunities to strengthen the company’s go-to-market strategy, unify client facing aspects of the business and assume leadership of sales, marketing, revenue operations and enablement and client success globally.

Chris’ extensive career spans over 25 years in digital infrastructure. He previously served as Group Chief Marketing Officer of STT GDC. He started his career as a TMT equities analyst in Hong Kong before taking on senior executive roles in the TMT Industry across public and private equity backed businesses advising clients from Private Equity/Capital to large MNC’s & the fast growth innovation economy. Ani Satchcroft was recently appointed Head of Infrastructure Investment in the Real Assets division of Macquarie Asset Management in Australia. It is the next step in an international career that has spanned almost two decades.

When Ani Satchcroft re-joined Macquarie in Sydney in 2016 to help grow digital infrastructure investments for Macquarie Asset Management, she already had a decade of international experience. In 2022, she was appointed Head of Infrastructure Investment in the Real Assets division of Macquarie Asset Management in Australia, and said she was drawn to the sector because it offers the opportunity to be part of something bigger.

Mr. Ozaki began his career in the financial services sector at Citibank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., and Morgan Stanley Japan where he, respectively, developed and managed investment products, provided financial and valuation analysis for deals relating to mergers and acquisitions and asset securitisation, and provided credit analysis of commercial mortgage-backed security loans and managed counter party risks for Japanese financial institutions.

Mr. Ozaki holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University and holds a Master of Management in Hospitality and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Ozaki brings close to two decades of experience in real estate investments, particularly in public equities real estate investments in APAC at firms like APG, Heitman, and Fidelity (FMR). Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Ozaki was Chief Financial Officer of NTT Global Data Centers Holding Asia from January 2025 to June 2025. Suresh Sidhu is a seasoned telecommunications executive with a strong track record in operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy across Asia. He played a key role in developing the telecom tower infrastructure sector in ASEAN and was previously CEO of edotco Group, where he drove significant growth.

Suresh has also held senior positions at Axiata Group, including Chief Corporate & Operating Officer at Celcom, and has experience with Sime Darby, Boston Consulting Group, and Maxis Communications. He holds an undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sai advises clients in the areas of operations, growth, and digital transformations with a view toward quantum improvements in enterprise value.

He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in the telecom, technology, utility, retail, and heavy-civil-infrastructure industries. Sai has served more than 30 clients in 20 markets, including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and the United States. Matthias previously also acted as an Independent Director on the board of Tokyo Stock Exchange listed telecom tower operator JTOWER until the company’s privatisation.

Raised in Japan and having attended Keio University in Tokyo, Matthias is fluent in Japanese. In 2002, he started his career in the corporate sales team of NTT Docomo.

Driving the growth of SGX’s international presence, including strengthening client engagements globally and overseeing SGX’s specialised sales teams in 10 cities. Leading the strategy and delivery of the equity and debt capital market businesses, as well as the development of distribution channels for SGX’s products and services across all asset classes.

Dev leads the global strategy and execution of CapitaLand Investment (CLI)’s data centres fund platform. He brings over 27 years of experience in investment and

fund management, with expertise across the data centres, infrastructure and renewable sectors.

Prior to joining CLI, Dev was an Operating Partner at AGP Group in Singapore, managing Data Centre site selection and hyperscale / neo-cloud customers

relationships globally. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer at ESR Data Centres Singapore, where he raised and managed a US$1.4 billion data centre

fund. In this role, he oversaw investment management, end-to-end greenfield development, hyperscale customer management, and inorganic growth. Earlier in his

career, he was Investment Director at Allianz Real Estate GmbH, Singapore, where he led acquisitions across various sectors, including data centres.

Dev holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Iowa, USA, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, from the National

Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, India.

Darren joined Baringa from a large global consultancy where he led Client and Market Development, and the Technology, Media and Telecom sector for Asia Pacific. He has over 30 years’ experience spanning the IT, telecoms and management consulting industries.

As a partner in Baringa’s Singapore team, Darren provides strategic, operational and transformation advisory services to our Asia Pacific clients. Darren is passionate about helping his clients drive digital transformation and implement innovative strategies to enhance their business operations.
