APAC FINANCE FORUM 2026

Capital, risk and execution across Asia Pacific’s digital infrastructure markets

Host City • Singapore

23 SEPTEMBER

The Tech Capital

Annual Meeting

Asia Pacific remains the fastest-growing region for digital infrastructure deployment, driven by AI adoption, cloud expansion, demographic growth and accelerating energy demand. As capital flows increase, so too do the constraints - from power availability and regulation to execution risk and capital discipline - reshaping how infrastructure is financed and delivered across the region.

Now in its fourth edition, the APAC Finance Forum convenes senior decision-makers from across investment, digital infrastructure, energy and policy to examine how capital is being deployed in this environment. Hosted by The Tech Capital in Singapore, the forum brings together a deliberately curated audience to discuss valuation, risk pricing and long-term infrastructure strategy across developed and emerging Asia Pacific markets.

About IFF APAC 2026

The APAC Finance Forum (IFF APAC) is The Tech Capital’s flagship gathering for digital infrastructure finance and investment in the Asia Pacific region. Taking place in Singapore, the forum convenes senior decision-makers at a moment of accelerating demand, tightening capital discipline and increasing regulatory and energy complexity across the region.

The fourth annual IFF APAC brings together more than 150 leaders from across 100+ organisations and 15 markets, including investors, operators, lenders, advisors, energy providers, infrastructure users and policymakers. Collectively, participants oversee hundreds of billions of dollars in assets under management, shaping the deployment of capital across data centres, connectivity, AI infrastructure and the energy systems that support them.

The forum is designed to address the realities of financing, building and operating digital infrastructure in Asia Pacific - a region characterised by diverse regulatory regimes, uneven power availability, rapid urbanisation and distinct capital market dynamics. Discussions focus on valuation, risk, execution and scale, balancing regional specificity with global perspective.

IFF APAC combines a curated agenda with a deliberately senior audience, creating a setting for informed dialogue, practical insight and relationship-building among those responsible for deploying capital and delivering infrastructure at scale.
