Otto Toto Sugiri

Toto is DCI’s founder and CEO, he is responsible for the overall business and the main point of communication with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers and public. Educated in Germany, Toto is an accomplished IT veteran who began his career in a software company before founding Sigma in 1989. He also founded Indonesia’s first Internet Service Provider, Indonet in 1994, and holds an advisory role for Bursa Efek Indonesia.
