Ken Siah

Mr Ken Siah is the Head of Market Development for Google’s Energy and Location Strategy team in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he leads strategic partnerships with governments, industry leaders and communities to enable Google’s data center investments across the Asia-Pacific region. An expert in responsible data center infrastructure, he is passionate about developing sustainable data centers that contribute to economic growth, jobs and technology advancement.

Mr Siah joined Google in 2017. Prior to this, he was Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore from 2016 to 2017. During his career in the foreign service, he served in several roles including Special Assistant to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Deputy Head of Mission in various Embassies.

Mr Siah graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Relations and History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2002 on a Singapore Government Scholarship. He obtained a Masters of Philosophy in International Relations from Cambridge University
