Alexandria Iveson

Alexandria brings over a decade of experience in bid management and business development across industries including technology, healthcare and real estate.

At InfraPartners, she plays a key role in account management and business development, working with clients and partners to support the delivery of digital infrastructure solutions. Prior to this, she supported JLL’s data centre business across EMEA, coordinating complex projects across multiple markets.

Alongside her industry role, Alex is a passionate advocate for social mobility, mentorship and inclusive talent development in the data centre sector. She is a Co-Founder of the Forum for Women in Data Centres and Co-Founder of The Leap, an initiative focused on bridging the sector’s skills gap and expanding access to careers in critical infrastructure.

Her work focuses on creating pathways into the industry, supporting reskilling and workforce development, and helping organisations think differently about how they attract and develop talent in a rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
