Vassilis Tsilimpis

Vassilis Tsilimpis is a partner of Dromeus Capital Group and serves as Managing Director of Investments, with a primary focus on the firm's digital infrastructure strategy. Before joining Dromeus Capital Group in 2013, Vassilis was a Senior Financial Consultant in the Transaction Advisory department at Ernst & Young in Athens. He provided advisory services on a variety of privatizations, restructurings, and M&A projects. Selected credentials include the privatization of the Greek Public Gas Company, vendor due diligence for a major pharmaceutical company, the carve-out of a Greek bank’s assets, and the privatization of Thessaloniki Water Supply & Sewerage Co. Vassilis holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an Executive Master’s in Finance from London Business School.
