David Kippen has a 25+ year background in M&A, corporate finance and private investing in the Telecom Media Technology (TMT) sectors, as well as energy and other sectors. He has worked on over 40 M&A transactions valued at over US$30 billion during this time.
In addition, he has worked on numerous private and public debt and equity financings in the TMT/Digital sectors and has been a board member of growth stage and digital businesses. He was a colleague of Benn Mikula in JPMorgan’s Technology/TMT Investment Banking Group and subsequently moved to UBS before moving to a family office where he has overseen direct Private Equity investments. Mr Kippen holds a BA from McGill University and a Masters from Johns Hopkins/SAIS.
