Heather Paduck is the Chief Financial Officer of STACK Infrastructure and has more than 25 years of experience developing, executing, and leading financial strategy and operations. Utilizing her extensive and unique background building finance organizations and overseeing capital raises at rapidly growing businesses, Mrs. Paduck ensures a focus on impactful funding and technology initiatives to drive responsible and forward-looking growth.
Prior to STACK, Mrs. Paduck was CFO of Northwood Investors, a global, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm with over $7 billion in assets under management. She previously served as CFO of Pembroke Real Estate, a Fidelity Investments subsidiary, which manages over 7.5 million square feet in direct real estate investments in the United States, Europe, and Asia/Pacific. Mrs. Paduck’s experience also includes six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed financial statement audits for public and private real estate companies.
In 2021, she was honored with the Leading Allies Of Data Centers & The Cloud’s DEI Trailblazer Award for her tireless efforts advancing diversity in the workplace. In 2022, Mrs. Paduck was awarded the Outstanding Women in Business Award from the Denver Business Journal, Private Company CFO of the Year Award from Northern Virginia Technology Council, and inclusion in the Tech Capital’s CFO 50 list.
Mrs. Paduck received a B.S. in Accounting and International Business from Indiana University, and an M.B.A. in Finance at the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
