Claude Achcar

Claude is the Founder and Managing Partner of Actel Consulting, a specialist Tech advisory firm to investors, telecoms and clouds across sectors including TMT, AI, data, software and digital infrastructure

Claude is also the Co-Founder and Partner of ITI Ventures, a strategic management company to Boards & C-Suite executives.

Previously, Claude was Managing Director and Vice-President at Ciena where he oversaw operations across APAC. He began his career in applied AI Research in Montréal, followed by Nortel Networks in various roles across North America, Europe, and Asia.

He is an acknowledged tech industry thought leader frequently invited as guest keynote speaker, judge, conference chair, or panel moderator at leading tech events worldwide.

Claude is an engineer by training, holding B.Eng. & M.Eng. (Speech Recognition) degrees from Ecole Polytechnique, and an MBA from McGill University, both in Montréal, Canada.
