Ellen Hall

Ellen Hall is the Portfolio Manager for Fidelity’s Japan Data Center Fund series and President of their US Core Real Estate Fund. Ms. Hall joined Fidelity in 2020 as Head of Direct Real Estate. Ms. Hall has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and has led several multinational ventures. She brings a functional expertise in developing, acquiring, and divesting properties and assets in industrial, logistics, data center and multi-family categories. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Hall was Global Head of Real Estate Investment and Corporate Development at Iron Mountain and previously held executive roles at Prologis and its legacy acquired entity, AMB Property Corporation. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Grosvenor Property Americas. Ms. Hall received a B.S. from Boston University and an M.B.A from the University of Cambridge
