François-Xavier Touzard

Frank Touzard is the Head of Project and Infrastructure Finance EMEA at Kookmin Bank (the largest bank in Korea).

Frank has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking focused in EMEA infrastructure and energy. Prior to Kookmin Bank, Frank worked at Moody’s Investor Services, in investment banking at Nord/LB and Intesa Sanpaolo.

Frank is responsible for leading the bank’s growth in Project and Infrastructure Finance. Kookmin Bank’s has been particularly active in the digital infrastructure space: several large multi-billion financing pan-European Telecom Towers platforms, several large multi-billion Data Centres platforms in Europe, US and APAC with a high proportion of Hyperscalers DC, single site Data Centre Hyperscaler in the UK, etc.

Frank is also a visiting lecturer in Masters, mentor at Young Women into Finance (YWIF) and N.E.D.

Multi-lingual and holds a Master in Finance, Accounting and Audit from the UdA in France, a Master in Renewable Energy from the REI, qualified as a CIMA chartered accountant.
