Joanne Elson

Joanne is a senior projects and project finance lawyer in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors with over 16 years of experience gained in a variety of challenging roles. Joanne plays an integral role in supporting clients on complex cross-border transactions in the renewable power, conventional power, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors. Although she predominately focusses on transactions across Africa, she also has a strong track record in the Middle East and Europe. Many of the financings Joanne has advised on have involved DFIs, ECAs, Islamic banks and multilateral lenders and Joanne has keen interest in clean energy solutions.
