Robert Hartog

Robert Hartog joined IPI in 2021 and leads acquisition and investment management activities in the EMEA region. Robert was previously a Senior Director and the Head of Communication Infrastructure Investments at PGGM, where he was responsible for origination, execution, business development, and asset management for the firm’s infrastructure fund globally. Prior to PGGM, he worked as an attorney at JB Law (f.k.a. JanssenBroekhuysen Advocaten), an Amsterdam based law firm, where he advised clients on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, LBOs, and MBOs, with a focus on private equity and venture capital. He began his career in the M&A practice at Allen & Overy LLP.

Robert earned a post graduate degree from the corporate law program at the University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and a masters with a focus on corporate law and intellectual property law from the University of Utrecht.
