He advises Private Equity and Corporate clients on deal strategy and M&A transaction execution with a focus on Technology/Digital value creation across Product Technology and its enabling IT. He has advised on over 300 deals across North America, UK/Europe, the Middle East, and AsiaPac, serving some of the world’s leading Private Equity firms, Pension Funds, Government entities, and Strategic acquirers. His practice provides investment-focused Technology M&A advisory, including Deal focused Tech Strategy, Buy/Sell side Tech Due Diligence, Buy-side Synergy and Integration advisory, and Sell-side Carveout and Divestment advisory.
