Phi, Sustainable Technology Campuses (STC™) are about developing net zero data centres that connect and benefit local people and local business as well as nationwide and internationally. Ensuring that they are ethically powered by locally available renewable energies to create a better harmony between the environment, technology, and society.

Phi was formed by Chris Miller and Mike West and registered in 2022. Chris and Mike have been developing multi-million $USD digital infrastructure projects from site selection, design, build and operations for 20 years in multiple geographies. Having completed a major project (Chayora) at the end of 2021 Phi was formed to deliver Sustainable Technology Campuses in the UK.
