Alanna Hasek

Alanna Hasek is European General Counsel at CyrusOne. She joined the business in January 2025 to support its continued growth with responsibility for risk management, regulatory matters, and strategic transactions across the European business including customer contracting and capital raising.

Prior to joining CyrusOne, Alanna spent over fifteen years in several leading international law firms including, most recently, as a Partner at DLA Piper. In this role, she co-led the firm's global data centre practice and advised on a number of market leading transactions for both private equity sponsors and operators in the sector. Alanna has a BA in French and German and has spent time living and working in France, Germany and Austria.
