Christopher Miller

Chris, an ex-army officer and tank commander in the British Army with a BSc Hons in IT, brings over 30 years of experience across the IT, business services, and digital infrastructure sectors. As CEO and Co-Founder of Power Harvest Infrastructure (Phi), he is driving the development of High-Performance Data Centres and Sustainable Technology Campuses (STCs) that champion carbon-neutral energy.

He has delivered enterprise technology solutions for multinational corporations and government departments across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia, including leading the professional services division at Sybase in London’s financial sector. Chris has overseen large-scale data centre projects throughout the UK, Europe, and APAC, and played a key role in shaping sustainability standards for the Carbon Trust in 2010.

​As a founding executive at Chayora, Chris was instrumental in raising $500M USD and delivering two major data centres in mainland China. Since 2022, he has focused on scaling Phi’s STC model across the UK and EMEA, aligning government and private sector stakeholders around resilient, ethical, and sustainable infrastructure designed to be replicated globally.
