Previously, as a Senior Engineering Lead at Meta, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance capital efficiency in data center design and construction, linking sustainability directly to delivery. Our team's collaborative efforts in the iMasons Climate Accord and the development of AI strategies contributed significantly to reducing carbon in concrete by 40%. Underscoring proficiency in manufacturing process improvement and project planning, and dedication to safe, efficient, and respectful environments.

At Microsoft, I led design, procurement and construction delivery for MS's Global Cloud DC infrastructure. Scaling delivery capacity from 100's of MWs/year to 1GW+ MWs/year. Redesigning the DC design and delivery approach, reducing cost and schedule by 50% while improving safety in the field by 75%.
