Pia Lambert, CFA

Pia is an Executive Director at Morrison, based in Paris and London. Morrison is a leading specialist investment and asset manager, investing in infrastructure. Pia’s role is to expand Morrison’s presence in Europe, capitalising on the robust pipeline of infrastructure investment opportunities and growing the investor client base across Europe.

Pia joined Morrison in 2022. As part of her duties at Morrison, she seats on the board of Lyntia Networks, the leading Spanish B2B fiber network servicing Telecommunications Operators and Hyperscalers in Iberia, and she is the President of Izivia Advanced, the platform developed with the EDF Group dedicated to Fast / Ultra Fast charging in France.

Previously, Pia was a Director at AXA Investment Managers, where she played a valued role in driving the firm’s infrastructure activities since 2013. Pia has developed an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure market and is highly regarded as a leading investor in the digital and transport infrastructure sector. Over the course of her career, Pia has successfully closed more than EUR 4 billion of equity investments across more than 15 transactions, working on several European infrastructure assets from origination to deal execution, particularly in the digital sectors. Pia was heavily involved in the development and fundraising of new products, helping drive the firm’s growth in Europe. She has also been a Board Director of several landmark infrastructure companies across Europe, such as Stockholm Exergi, a district heating business in Sweden; Dunkerque LNG, a major gas terminal in France; and Atlandes, a large toll road in France.

Pia began her career at CBRE Investment Management in the private equity team and at Generali Real Asset in the Corporate Finance department. Pia is a Civil Engineer from ESTP Paris and holds a Master's Degree in Real Asset Finance from ESSEC Paris. She is also CFA Charterholder.
