Victor Almeida

With a diverse career in corporate finance and investments, Victor Almeida is the Director of Investments at Piemonte, where he leads M&A. Under his leadership, Piemonte has significantly expanded its operations in digital infrastructure and other strategic industries.

Currently, he supervises M&A negotiations, coordinates multi-functional teams, and manages post-transaction activities for proprietary and third-party mergers and acquisitions. He was fundamental in financing and managing Piemonte’s first equity investment fund (EIF) focused on digital infrastructure.

Victor co-led negotiations with creditors to finance the acquisition of Elea Data Centers’ assets and managed the post-negotiation transition. He is responsible for raising capital, both through debt and equity, and prepares financial structures and models to evaluate new acquisitions and business opportunities.

He has a degree in Economics and Finance from Louisiana Christian University and an MBA in Financial Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Tech Capital nominated Victor for the Under-35 Digital Infrastructure Finance Talent Award, recognizing him as an emerging talent in digital infrastructure finance.
