Jonathan Zelmanovitch

Jonathan is a Partner and a Global Head of Private Equity / M&A, Software & Datacenter. He mainly advises infrastructure investors and Private Equity firms.

Jonathan started his career in Investment Banking at ABN Amro Corporate Finance in Paris and NYC and then worked 10 years at Orange in NYC and Paris in Corporate Dev roles and then VP M&A. Afterwards, he was successively the Head of M&A of 3 corporates: VimpelCom / Veon (#7 largest telco in the world) in Amsterdam, Cegid (#3 SaaS seller in France, owned by Silver Lake and KKR) and Carrefour (#2 largest retailer in the world). He closed more than 60+ deals in his career as a principal throughout the globe.

Jonathan has been a panellist in many TMT conferences in Europe and in the US and he graduated from HEC Paris business school and a JD from Paris I Sorbonne.
