Ronald Philip is a senior real estate and infrastructure industry leader, with over 2 decades of global experience in strategy, investment and corporate development for a pipeline of over $1 trillion of projects, across developed and emerging markets and across real estate and infrastructure sub asset classes.
Ronald currently serves as Vice President - Investment and Corporate Development, on the management team of the Dubai World Trade Centre, the company owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai with the mandate to make Dubai the world’s leading destination for all major exhibitions, conferences and events. DWTC has an impressive and growing real estate portfolio and prime land bank that includes the biggest convention centers in the region, multiple hotels, multiple residential towers, office complexes (eg One Central Dubai) and retail assets, and a game changing development pipeline.
Prior to DWTC, Ronald was Head of Strategy for Agility Logistics Parks, a leading developer of light industrial and logistics real estate across the Middle East, Africa and India, where he also conceptualized and launched Agility's data centre real estate play.
Ronald joined Agility from McKinsey & Company, where he served CxOs and Minister-level clients over 6 years, from China and the Middle East to Africa, working on topics of strategy, investment and value creation in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Previously Ronald worked with the World Economic Forum in New York, PwC's infrastructure finance practice, GE and the World Bank in south Asia, earlier in his career.
