I am a banking and finance partner based in Dubai, advising borrowers, lenders, arrangers, and agents on both regional and cross-border financing transactions. Based in Dubai since 1993, I bring in-depth knowledge of the region’s legal and commercial landscape, while delivering pragmatic and timely solutions to clients.

My practice spans high-value corporate finance, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure, asset-based lending, and leveraged finance, delivered through both conventional and Shariah-compliant structures.
