Sola Lawson

Sola is MD & Co-CEO @ AIIM and is primarily responsible for AIIM's Pan Africa funds and its ex-Africa joint venture. AIIM is Africa's largest and longest running dedicated infrastructure investment manager, with c.$4.4bn of equity capital raised historically. AIIM was founded in 2000 as a joint-venture between Macquarie and Old Mutual. Since 2016, AIIM has been a subsidiary of Old Mutual Alternative Investments (c.$8.0bn AUM), part of the Old Mutual Group (c.$77bn AUM). Prior to joining AIIM in 2011, Sola worked at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in London.
