The Cost of Scale

InfraAI Global Summit is a destination gathering for leaders shaping the future of artificial intelligence and the infrastructure that makes it possible. Set on the Athenian Riviera, the summit brings together senior voices from capital, infrastructure, energy, technology and policy to examine the physical, financial and geopolitical foundations of AI at scale - and the costs, constraints and execution challenges that come with it. What to expect

1

Global Leadership in AI Infrastructure

InfraAI brings together senior leaders from across the global AI infrastructure ecosystem, including investors, operators, technology and energy experts, and policymakers. With perspectives spanning established and emerging markets, the summit offers a genuinely international view on how AI infrastructure is being built, financed and governed at scale.

2

A Future-Focused, Systems-Level Agenda

The InfraAI agenda looks beyond near-term trends to examine the forces shaping AI infrastructure over the coming decade. From compute and connectivity to capital discipline and energy constraints, the programme focuses on long-term realities - helping participants understand which assumptions are shifting and what that means for strategy and investment.

3

A Distinctive Athens Experience

Set on the Athenian Riviera, InfraAI combines serious dialogue with a destination designed for reflection and connection. A relaxed pace, curated discussions and networking receptions by the Aegean Sea create space for meaningful conversations beyond the conference grounds.

About InfraAI Global Summit

InfraAI Global Summit returns for its second edition in 2026, convening global leaders at a moment when artificial intelligence is no longer an abstraction, but a defining force shaping economies, infrastructure and power. Set on the Athenian Riviera - where history meets the horizon - InfraAI offers a rare space for reflection, dialogue and long-term thinking away from the noise of the market.

Over two carefully curated days, InfraAI brings together senior voices from investment, infrastructure, technology, energy, policy and enterprise to examine the systems that make AI possible. From compute and power to connectivity, capital and execution, the summit focuses not on hype, but on the physical, financial and geopolitical realities underpinning AI at scale.

With trillions of dollars set to flow into AI-enabled infrastructure over the coming decade, InfraAI is designed for those making consequential decisions - where to build, how to power, what to finance, and which assumptions no longer hold. Through open dialogue, off-the-record discussions and a deliberately measured pace, the summit creates space for clarity, alignment and insight.

InfraAI is not a trade show, a product showcase or a policy forum. It is a destination gathering for leaders seeking to understand how artificial intelligence is reshaping the world’s infrastructure - and how to navigate that future with discipline, realism and intent.
