Mr. Ganzi originally founded Digital Bridge Holdings in 2013 and, as its CEO, built the firm into a leading global manager of digital infrastructure assets with more than $20 billion in AUM, until its merger in July 2019 into the current public company, DigitalBridge Group, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.

Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.

In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.

Mr. Ganzi received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission.

Andrew is a data center, IT, private equity and real estate executive with over 25 years of complex transactional experience and multi-disciplinary senior leadership. As CEO of Aligned, Andrew is focused on accelerating business growth by delivering data center solutions through industry-leading technology and adaptive infrastructure. During his tenure, he has propelled Aligned to an impressive 65x growth, successfully led the company’s first international acquisition (ODATA) and strategic investment (QScale), and several historic capital raises. He has also cultivated an ecosystem of innovation, reinforcing Aligned’s commitment to reducing the digital era’s social, economic, and environmental impact, and positioning the company as one of the top-performing private data center companies in the Americas.

Prior to joining Aligned, Andrew held numerous leadership positions over an 11-year period with Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). Most recently serving as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for global large-scale, client-driven data center builds and was part of the executive leadership team that grew revenue to $2 billion. He also oversaw all major international transactions, including the successful negotiation and execution of projects in Osaka, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Prior to Digital Realty Trust, Andrew held leadership roles at Sterling Network Services and Sysix Technologies.

Krupal Raval serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for leading the company’s rapidly growing development programs worldwide. and driving strategic engagement with hyperscale customers.

Krupal joined CyrusOne in 2025 and previously served as Managing Director, xScale at Equinix where he led the hyperscale data center business, orchestrating multiple multi-billion-dollar joint ventures that shaped markets across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Prior to Equinix, Krupal was Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific for Digital Realty. In that role, he oversaw a range of financial functions in the Asia Pacific region, including forming the Joint Venture partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. He also served as the regional Portfolio Manager, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 2.0 million square feet, which grew nearly 3x during Krupal’s tenure in APAC.

A seasoned industry veteran, Krupal also previously served as the Vice President, Capital Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Prior to this, Krupal served as a Research Analyst for Fidelity Management and Research. Krupal began his career at the top-ranked Citi REIT Equity Research team.

Mr. Jeyakumar Janakaraj joined Adani Group in September 2013 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Adani Global in Singapore and as the Chief Executive Officer of Adani’s Data Center business.

Jeyakumar has a rich experience of 21 years in the resources industry, building and developing world-class mining projects and resource companies. Prior to joining Adani Group, Mr.Janakaraj was with Sterlite Industries for 18 years during which time he held a number of executive roles, most recently CEO and Director of Konkola Copper Mines, Zambia. Jeyakumar has a Mechanical Engineering degree from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

In 2006, Jeyakumar was awarded the Gold Medal by the Indian Institute of Metals for his significant contribution to the non-ferrous metallurgical industry and is also listed by the International Who’s Who of Professionals (2009).

Rena Romanini is a managing director and head of the Specialty Capital Group for the Commercial Real Estate group of Wells Fargo Bank’s Corporate & Investment Banking. As one of the nation’s leaders in the real estate industry, Wells Fargo provides a comprehensive platform of financial products and services to owners, operators and developers, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts. Rena’s team provides debt products and financial services to leading funds and privately-owned Data Center companies in the United States. Rena has more than 16 years of real estate finance experience.

Since beginning at Wells Fargo in 2008, Rena has spent 12+ of her years on its CRE platform holding roles in the Real Estate Banking Group, Real Estate Managed Assets Group, and now Specialty Real Estate Finance. For the last three years, Rena has focused her time on the digital infrastructure and real estate space contributing to several of the largest scale digital real estate debt transactions in market.

In March 2026 Bill Davis joined the Ares Digital Infrastructure team as Partner and Chief Investment Officer with over two decades of experience across real estate assets and investing. In this role he helps lead the firm’s investments in the rapidly growing data center space.

Prior to joining Ares, Bill was the Chief Investment Officer at PureDC, where he led strategy, investment and capital markets efforts for one of the largest European data center development platforms. His strategic leadership has consistently turned business portfolios into high-value outcomes at companies such as Tata Communications, Cisco Systems, and Verizon Communications.

Rangu’s unique ability to operate seamlessly across diverse environments, from Silicon Valley to capital markets, industry ecosystems, and policy makers, has enabled him to forge deep partnerships with both government and business leaders. His extensive global experience spans over 30 countries, including the US, China, India, Japan, Brazil, the Middle East, and Europe.

Jim brings more than 25-years’ experience across international telecoms and technology, having worked with organisations varying from small private/public ventures to private equity owned and large publicly traded multinational corporations, across the US, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Prior to joining EXA Infrastructure, Jim was the CEO of Aqua Comms, a leading subsea fibre-optic cable operator headquartered in Ireland. Previous to that, Jim served as the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer at Global Cloud Exchange (GCX) where he played a key role in the sale of the firm to 3i, the UK based private equity and venture capital firm. Matt A'Hearn is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Digital Infrastructure. In his role, he is responsible for leading the overall management of the Digital Infrastructure platform, including strategy, investments and portfolio management as well as other corporate initiatives. Matt also serves as Chairman of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Committee.

Before joining Blue Owl, Matt was the Managing Partner and a Founder of IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure. Prior to IPI, Matt led the global investment banking practice in the communications infrastructure sector at Moelis & Company. Prior to Fidelity, Ellen served as Global Head of Real Estate Investments and Corporate Development at Iron Mountain and as Senior Vice President in Fund Management at Prologis, a multinational logistics REIT, where she was a long-standing member of the European Executive Management Team and a rotating member of the Prologis Investment Committee.

Ellen has held senior positions at AMB Property Corporation and AMB Property Europe, leading the Company’s international transaction division operating out of San Francisco, Paris, Amsterdam and Boston.
