He spent the last 6 years as CFO of Data4, a privately-held European data center operator, growing the bottom-line of the company 2.6x, raising close to €1bn of debt, taking the company through two rounds of equity cycles and expanding the platform to Spain and Poland.

Priorly, Dharman spent 8 years with Orange, a telecommunications operator, in charge of corporate M&A in APAC and subsequently head of international sales for French large accounts at Orange Business Services. He started his career as a fast-track senior civil service with the French Treasury, moving then on as an advisor to a Cabinet Minister designing, and implementing innovation and R&D policies as well as the Minister’s communication and media strategy on these topics.

Dharman was nominated Top10 CFOs of French mid-caps by DAF Magazine in 2017 and Top50 Global Leaders in Data Center Finance in 2019 by Data Economy.

Dharman is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris and of the Corps des Mines.

Laurence G. Hainault is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets & Advisory division, based in Paris.

She is a Senior Member of the Client Advisory Group, Head of EMEA Telecoms as well as responsible for covering Telecom, Media and Technology clients in France. She has also been leading the dedicated Telecom Infrastructure Initiative.

Ms. Hainault joined Credit Suisse First Boston in October 2000 through the merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) where she was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions team. She started her career in 1997 as a member of the DLJ Media & Telecom team, based in New York to then work in the M&A team in London in 2000. In the same year, she joined the Credit Suisse TMT team, based in London until 2009.

Ms. Hainault holds 24 years of experience working for TMT clients on a wide range of assignments including M&A, ECM, HY and DCM.

Ms. Hainault holds a Magistère degree in "Bank-Finance-Insurance" and a DEA-Research Master in International Economics and Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine as well as a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris Pantheon Sorbonne.

Roxanna Plinsky founded Global Data Centers & Partners in 2020, a consulting firm for Data Center Operators and its ecosystem interested in expanding into new markets. She has more than 18 years of telecommunication, data center, and cloud experience. Roxanna has built an extensive global network of industry leaders via partnerships with high-growth multinational corporations and working and living abroad for many years.

Roxanna has held several senior management roles with organizations in the United States, Singapore, and Europe. Prior to launching Global Data Center & Partners, Roxanna served as VP of Hyperscale Sales at Yondr, Americas, NTT Global Data Centers, EMEA (formerly e-shelter), and Bridge Data Centres, Singapore. Further, Roxanna held a position as Hybrid IT Director at Level 3 Communications (acquired by CenturyLink in 2017), where she was responsible for all Data Center and Cloud transactions on the West Coast, United States. Level 3 Communications acquired tw telecom in 2017. Roxanna served as Alliances Director, managing technical projects between tw telecom and large Data Center REITs.

Roxanna relocated from Sweden to San Francisco in 1998. She completed her Computer Science Studies and later received a B.A. in Marketing and Account Planning from the University of Art, San Francisco. Additionally, she is on the Advisory Board of Big Data, San Francisco State University, speaks four languages, and holds U.S. and Swedish citizenship.

Working in all sectors of the data center industry Mike brings a unique insight into corporate, colocation, and hyperscale requirements, whilst leading adoption of best practice and international design standards for existing and next generation facilities, combined with a deep understanding of facilities management in the Critical Engineering environment.

With various international business interests and support for start-ups in the industry, Mike is also Founder and CEO of Digital Infrastructure Advisors Ltd, providing Advisory Services to support the complete Data Centre lifecycle.

Kemal Hawa focuses his practice on corporate and securities law and transactions, with an emphasis on the telecommunications, media and technology industries, domestically and internationally. Kemal assists clients with the negotiation of transactions in the cloud computing space, including the negotiation of data center and colocation leases, globally. Kemal also has extensive experience in the negotiation of network infrastructure transactions, including submarine cable system consortium and private subsea cable deals, terrestrial fiber optic network transactions, and transactions involving antenna towers.

Kemal regularly advises public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks, and creditors’ committees on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements, licensing agreements, commercial transactions, market entry strategies, and bankruptcies and restructurings. Robin Brown is a Managing Director at Stephens Europe and leads the Technology sector coverage team in the UK. Prior to joining Stephens in 2019, Robin was Managing Director and Head of TMT M&A at BDO Corporate Finance.

Robin’s Technology sector coverage extends across Software, Cyber Security, IT Services and Telecom Infrastructure. He has over 20 years of technology industry experience; latterly as Vice President of Product and Strategy at Colt Technology Services as well as having held various board level positions within privately owned and PE backed technology companies. Robin has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions over both his industry and corporate finance career, including M&A sell-side and buy side assignments, corporate strategy, restructuring and carve out’s.

Robin is an Advisory Committee Member at TechUK representing the interests of the UK technology sector. Additionally, he advises a department of the UK Government on its cyber security investment program. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Development from Leeds University and attended the HULT International Business School.

An established figure in the Data Centre Industry with over 25+ years’ experience in Financial Services, Infrastructure and Data Centre Environments. Prior to VIPA Digital, Vijay was the Operations, VP at Digital Realty, responsible for the company's portfolio of Data Centres across Europe.

Vijay also spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley where he held a number of senior leadership positions including the European Head of Enterprise Computing, Global Head of Data Centre Portfolio Management and European Head of Enterprise Data Centres, where he transformed the team into a world class organisation, earning numerous industry accolades .

Vijay holds a BSc in Information Systems Design, and sits on a number of advisory boards within the DC Industry.

David is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of datacenterHawk. David started the company in 2014 with the vision to help customers make better decisions about data center real estate. His 15 years of industry experience and leadership have helped create a global platform trusted and depended on by the world’s largest data center owners, investors, consultants and users of digital infrastructure. He has been active in the data center industry since 2007.

David also started the datacenterHawk Podcast, an industry focused video and audio experience exploring relevant digital infrastructure topics. He frequently hosts other CEO’s and senior leaders from data center companies to provide thought leadership on the future of the space. He also highlights key trends with analytics and data found only on the datacenterHawk platform.

Prior to starting datacenterHawk, David was a leader in CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group and assisted clients with their digital infrastructure needs. His time at CBRE was instrumental in allowing him to understand the challenges and solutions needed to help companies grow their data center infrastructure.

David currently lives in Dallas with his wife and two boys. He is a proud graduate of Baylor University and is actively involved in coaching youth sports, his neighborhood and his church.

Dr. Dmitriy Antropov is Co-Head of the Private Infrastructure Integrated Investments business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee. Dmitriy is leading Partners Group datacenter thematic globally and has been involved in multiple digital infrastructure investments in the US, Europe and Asia. He has been with Partners Group since 2008 and has 17 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UniCredit Group, L.E.K. Consulting and Apax Partners. He holds a PhD in world economics from Financial University, Moscow and Master’s in European Business from ESCP Europe. He is also a Financial Risk Manager.
