Marc C. Ganzi is Chief Executive Officer at DigitalBridge and has been an investor and operator in the digital infrastructure sector for more than 25 years. Mr. Ganzi has led DigitalBridge’s transformation to become a premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment.

Mr. Ganzi originally founded Digital Bridge Holdings in 2013 and, as its CEO, built the firm into a leading global manager of digital infrastructure assets with more than $20 billion in AUM, until its merger in July 2019 into the current public company, DigitalBridge Group, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.

Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.

In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.

Mr. Ganzi received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission.

Yannis Tsakiris holds a BSc and an MSc in Mining Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA degree from the Management School of the Imperial College in London.

He started his career in 1995 in S&B Industrial Minerals, a European major industrial minerals producer where he spent 5 years in production, marketing and sales in charge of new products.

From 2000 to 2006, he was Partner in Vectis Capital, a venture capital fund based in Athens with an investment focus in Greece and the Balkans.

He joined Europe Investment Fund in 2006 as a Principal involved in certain European venture capital markets that were under development phase. Then he continued as Head of Region in the Regional Business Development Division, responsible for South-Eastern Europe and Head of Unit for Special Programmes in the Institutional Business Development Division. He was appointed Head of Division for South-eastern Europe and EU Neighbouring Countries in the Mandate Management Department and he continued as Head of Division for Business Development.

He has set-up and developed several investment and SME financing initiatives and platforms such as Equifund for Greece, Western Balkan Enterprise Development & Innovation Facility, JEREMIE for Greece and Cyprus, Portuguese Venture Capital Initiative for Portugal, the Grater Anatolia Guarantee Facility for Turkey, DCFTA Guarantee Facility for Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, etc.

From January 2015 until July 2019, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Global Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Fund (“GEEREF”) which is an innovative public-private Venture Capital fund of funds catalysing equity capital into clean energy projects in developing countries and economies in transition.

He is also an adjunct professor in Venture Capital in the Luxembourg School of Finance of the University of Luxembourg.

Oran Dror is a serial entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience across AI, enterprise software and digital infrastructure. A five-time founder, he has led companies through both exit and IPO, and has held senior roles across technology, finance and real estate.

He was involved in one of the largest data centre transactions globally through his role with Azrieli Group (TLV: AZRG), where he served on the board and contributed to the company’s expansion into digital infrastructure. He also brings experience from Microsoft and the hedge fund ecosystem.

Today, he focuses on agentic AI transformations and the deployment of advanced technologies across enterprise and infrastructure environments.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, Vladimir Prodanovic serves as a Principal Program Manager at NVIDIA, where he leads data center readiness for GPU deployments and operational excellence. Before joining NVIDIA, he spent nearly 11 years at Microsoft, overseeing global GPU and high-performance computing (HPC) deployments and managing programs across multiple regions.

Vladimir’s career includes leadership roles at KPN, B2, and other pioneering technology companies, where he developed deep expertise in business development, IT infrastructure, and network planning.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. With a strong blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience, Vladimir is a respected authority in the advancement of digital infrastructure.

Thanos Dokos received his Ph.D. in International Relations from Cambridge University

andIhas held research posts at the Peace Research Institute of Frankfurt (1989-90) and the

Center for Science and International Affairs (CSIA) at Harvard University (1990-91). He

served as the Director for Research, Strategic Studies Division, Hellenic Ministry of National

Defence (1996-98) and as an Advisor on NATO issues to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

(1998-1999). He was also a NATO research fellow for 1996-98. He was the Director of

Research (1999-2006) and then the Director-General of the Hellenic Foundation for

European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) [2006-2019]. He has taught at the Universities of

Athens and Piraeus, the Hellenic National Defence College, the Diplomatic Academy and the

Hellenic National Security Academy. Since October 2020, he is the National Security Advisor

to the Prime Minister of Greece. In October 2023, he was appointed by the Secretary

General of NATO to the Expert Group in support of the comprehensive and deep reflection

on NATO’s southern neighbourhood. In May 2025, he was appointed Secretary General for

National Security.

Miles Loo Jr., CRE, FRICS, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017 in the Downtown Los Angeles office, where he serves as an Executive Vice President and the Global Lead for Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Data Centers & Life Science group.

Miles is well recognized as the industry’s leading appraiser of data center properties. His experience includes advising private equity funds, institutional investors, large pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, cloud companies and Global IT conglomerates on investments in all types of data centers, including mission critical, disaster recovery data centers, colocation facilities, carrier hotels, internet gateways and life science properties. These assignments have involved data centers owned and/or operated by Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries as well as Uptime Institute Site Certified Tier III and Tier IV facilities; U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver buildings; and state and federal disaster recovery data centers. Miles has led valuations of large individual and portfolio valuations spanning multiple countries across six continents (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and African regions) and has consulted on a number of the world’s largest data centers.

My passion is enabling sustainable construction and energy solutions through hyperscale designs that drive industry-wide decarbonization. My role as an Advisory Board Member for Fidelis New Energy leverages my expertise sustainable design enabling multi-gigawatt, zero carbon power projects in Europe and the US. This aligns with my commitment to sustainability and ethical practices on a global scale.

Previously, as a Senior Engineering Lead at Meta, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance capital efficiency in data center design and construction, linking sustainability directly to delivery. Our team's collaborative efforts in the iMasons Climate Accord and the development of AI strategies contributed significantly to reducing carbon in concrete by 40%. Underscoring proficiency in manufacturing process improvement and project planning, and dedication to safe, efficient, and respectful environments.

At Microsoft, I led design, procurement and construction delivery for MS's Global Cloud DC infrastructure. Scaling delivery capacity from 100's of MWs/year to 1GW+ MWs/year. Redesigning the DC design and delivery approach, reducing cost and schedule by 50% while improving safety in the field by 75%.

Graduated from ENST, Jérôme Totel has over 25 years of experience in the digital sector, with recognized expertise in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and data centers. He has held various positions at Cisco Systems, LDCOM, NTT, and Interoute, serving in both technical and commercial leadership roles. He joined Data4 in 2015, after having led NTT’s operations in France.

As Chief Strategy Officer, he defines the group’s strategic direction and oversees cross-functional programs supported by a multidisciplinary team covering market analysis, communication, marketing, public affairs, transformation, and sustainable innovation.

He also manages CSR policy through the Data4Good program.

He has been Elected President of the Committee of Rectors of Greek Universities (1/2014 to 6/2014). He is Visiting Professor at the Universities of Sussex, UK and Manchester, UK. He is a Graduate and Doctor of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Athens. He was the EU National Representative for ICT in Horizon 2020 (2014 to 2015). He was General Secretary of Information Systems of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (2004 to 2009). Between 2019 and 2023, he served as General Secretary of Public Administration Information Systems of the Ministry of Digital Governance, contributing to the rapid development of the digital transformation of our country in recent years. From August 2019, he serves as the General Secretary of Information Systems at the Ministry of Digital Governance.

Afroditi Sevasti has over 25 years of experience in complex digital transformation programs, innovation management, and operational excellence in digital infrastructure and service delivery. She began her career in 1997 at the Computer Technology Institute and Press ‘Diophantus’ as an R&D Engineer. From 2005 to 2018, she was Activity Leader/Senior Manager for innovative telecommunication solutions and services of the pan-European communications network GÉANT. Since 2014, she has served as independent expert on European Research and Innovation for the European Commission. Between November 2017 and August 2019, she held the position of Chief Technology Officer at GRNET S.A., also serving as a member of the company’s Strategy Committee. In 2020, she assumed the role of IT Operations Director at Munich RE HealthTech. She is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Growthfund and a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of CrediaBank. She holds a PhD in Communication Networks and a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras. She also holds an MSc in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Tilemachos Moraitis serves as Microsoft’s Government Affairs Manager in Central Eastern Europe. He is based in Athens, and his role is to monitor and advise on regulatory and public policy issues about digital technology, as well as raise awareness on trending technology topics such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and skilling.

He joined Microsoft in 2018, initially covering Greece, and since then, his portfolio has expanded to include Cyprus, Malta, the Baltics, and Ukraine. Before joining Microsoft, Tilemachos held executive roles in Local Government in Greece, such as the Regional Government of the Ionian Islands and the Municipality of Chalkida, where he was mainly responsible for reforming their organizational structure and for driving digital transformation projects.

Tilemachos is originally from Corfu. He graduated from the University of Macedonia in Thessalonica and holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. His academic expertise lies in the field of international economics and diplomacy.

Based in London, Tom is part of the investments team, where he focuses on data centres, computing, and emerging opportunities within the AI value chain. Tom holds a Master of Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia.

Simon is Echelon’s Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for engagement with the customer's commercial and technical teams, both pre- and post-contract. He works closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration between the customer's requirements and Echelon's proposals.

Before joining Echelon, Simon worked at a global engineering firm where he was involved in projects for a variety of hyperscalers and colo providers across EMEA. He is a chartered member of the ICE and the RICS, and has also worked on both the contractor and consultant side.

George Pechlivanoglou studied mechanical engineering (BSc) and completed the MSc in renewable energy technology at the University of Oldenburg, Germany.

He completed his doctoral dissertation (Ph.D.) in the field of wind turbine aeroservoelasticity at TU Berlin, Germany, and did post-doctoral work at the same institute. Has published more than 90 scientific papers and holds more than 13 national and international patents.

George Pechlivanoglou has 18 years of industrial experience in the wind energy market and 10 years of experience as a wind energy expert designer and wind turbine technical inspector with international collaborations and a global project portfolio. He held the position of the technical director of SMART BLADE GmbH for 8 years and has established several global collaborations with corporations like 3M, Vestas, Nordex, etc.

He is the former Wind Energy Committee Chair at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and a member of the German Chamber of Engineers (VDI) as well as the former representative of the Technical University of Berlin at the European Academy of Wind Energy (EAWE).

Dr. G. Pechlivanoglou currently holds the position of Director General of Eunice Energy Group.

Pia is an Executive Director at Morrison, based in Paris and London. Morrison is a leading specialist investment and asset manager, investing in infrastructure. Pia’s role is to expand Morrison’s presence in Europe, capitalising on the robust pipeline of infrastructure investment opportunities and growing the investor client base across Europe.

Pia joined Morrison in 2022. As part of her duties at Morrison, she seats on the board of Lyntia Networks, the leading Spanish B2B fiber network servicing Telecommunications Operators and Hyperscalers in Iberia, and she is the President of Izivia Advanced, the platform developed with the EDF Group dedicated to Fast / Ultra Fast charging in France.

Previously, Pia was a Director at AXA Investment Managers, where she played a valued role in driving the firm’s infrastructure activities since 2013. Pia has developed an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure market and is highly regarded as a leading investor in the digital and transport infrastructure sector. Over the course of her career, Pia has successfully closed more than EUR 4 billion of equity investments across more than 15 transactions, working on several European infrastructure assets from origination to deal execution, particularly in the digital sectors. Pia was heavily involved in the development and fundraising of new products, helping drive the firm’s growth in Europe. She has also been a Board Director of several landmark infrastructure companies across Europe, such as Stockholm Exergi, a district heating business in Sweden; Dunkerque LNG, a major gas terminal in France; and Atlandes, a large toll road in France.

Pia began her career at CBRE Investment Management in the private equity team and at Generali Real Asset in the Corporate Finance department. Pia is a Civil Engineer from ESTP Paris and holds a Master's Degree in Real Asset Finance from ESSEC Paris. She is also CFA Charterholder.

Peter Wilcock stands as a visionary executive who played a pivotal role in revolutionising the United Kingdom's telecommunications landscape. As a senior executive at industry giants Comcast, NTL, and Virgin Media, he was instrumental in driving the widespread adoption of broadband and cable television technologies during a critical period of digital transformation in the UK.

George Dritsanos is based in Athens, and he is Vice President for Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric in South-East Europe area. He started his professional career at Schneider Electric in 2008, as Enterprise Account Manager for Greece, Cyprus & Malta, and in 2010 he took over the position of Channel Sales Manager. He has also served as Commercial Director of the company’s Field Services Department.

Andre Karihaloo is Co-Founding Partner at Digital Gravity Infrastructure Partners. Over the past decade, he has raised and deployed over $2 billion into digital infrastructure - data centres engineered for AI workloads, subsea fibre cables providing global connectivity and small cell wireless networks delivering last-mile coverage. He focuses on strategy, origination and platform scaling, and has served on the boards of data centre, fibre and wireless businesses across Europe. Originally from Australia, Andre represented Denmark at the U20 Rugby World Cup, holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, and began his career with HSBC in London and New York.

Charalambos Tsekeris is a Senior Research Fellow in Digital Sociology at the Institute of Social Research, Greek National Centre for Social Research, Athens, Greece.

He is also Vice-President and Interim President of the Greek National Commission for Bioethics & Technoethics; Full Member of the Greek National Commission for Human Rights; and Member of the Greek Prime Minister’s High-Level Advisory Committee on Artificial Intelligence.

Charalambos has been External Scientist at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH Zürich); Visiting Professor at the University of Athens; Academic Associate at the Academy of Athens; Principal Investigator and Coordinator of the World Internet Project-Greece; Professor Extraordinary at the School of Public Leadership, Stellenbosch University; and Academic Associate at the Anti-Corruption Centre for Education and Research, Stellenbosch University.

His current academic research involves the transformation of the internet, Futures Studies on AI, and ethical foresight approaches to disruptive technologies. Charalambos has recently published extensive foresight studies on Greece’s GenAI futures, as well as on the impact of the twin digital and green transition on the future of work.

Dr. Kyriacos Sabatakakis is the Country Managing Director of Accenture in Greece with responsibility for several markets in Southeastern Europe, overseeing a practice of more than 2,400 Consultants.

He has held this position since September 2003 and has led multiple projects both in Greece and internationally on strategy, business transformation, technology, operations and digital entrepreneurship in big corporations and organizations. From 2003 to 2008, he was also responsible for Accenture’s global mobile network business. He worked for many years with Andersen Consulting in Zurich as well as high tech companies in Switzerland.

He holds a BSc from Yale University, an MSc from Dartmouth College and a PhD from the National Technical University of Athens.

With over a decade of experience delivering complex, international building projects across high-stakes sectors, Rempi is a results-driven project leader known for operating effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Her experience spans healthcare, cultural, technology and hospitality developments, with end-to-end ownership across the full project lifecycle. She has a particular focus on high-specification projects, where quality, technical complexity and sustainability requirements are critical.

Currently at Hill International, Inc., Rempi leads large-scale developments with a focus on advanced technology facilities, contributing to projects that set new benchmarks in quality, innovation and performance on a global scale.

Pankaj is a senior partner and leader in McKinsey’s Technology, Media & Telecommuni­cations Practice. He advises CEOs of technology companies on their growth and M&A agenda and CIOs/CTOs on their cloud, AI, and platform transformations.

Pankaj globally leads McKinsey’s cloud infrastructure and data center work. In this capacity, he serves investors, operators, hyperscalers, suppliers, and energy companies across the data center value chain. Pankaj also leads a firmwide collaboration that brings several industry sectors and functional practices together to address the massive imbalance between the surging compute demand with innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient digital infrastructure solutions.

Pankaj also leads McKinsey Technology’s enterprise platforms and architecture work. The enterprise platform work aims to deliver business value to clients from their investments in global platforms by adopting business back systems architecture, process design and workflows, and value-oriented program management. The architecture work is dedicated to helping clients adopt scalable and future-proof business, systems, technology, and data architecture. It helps CIOs and CTOs structurally reduce tech debt and modernize all layers of the technology stack.

Peter was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Datacloud EMEA Congress in 2018 in Monaco for “outstanding achievement spanning one’s entire career”. This followed the founding of one of Europe’s first datacenter construction firms in the 1990’s; in founding the company which developed the first water-cooled rack for high-density servers which was sold to APC in 2003 and which led to APC’s development of In-Row cooling and Containment which dominated the datacenter market in the 2000’s; the founding of Datacenter People, the first global recruitment firm dedicated to the datacenter sector in 2010; and in 2018 the founding of Portman Partners where Peter uses his considerable personal network and reputation to help firms in the digital infrastructure space to find leadership talent around the world. In 2019 he was included in the Power 200 list of personalities around the world who "are leading the datacenter and cloud and sectors through charting new innovations or technological breakthroughs, investment or business acumen or exceptional entrepreneurial skillsets". His latest venture, EdgeNebula, which is using redundant real estate and stranded power to create a network of distributed cloud and AI datacenters, was founded in May 2024.

An established figure in the Data Centre Industry with over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, Infrastructure and Data Centre Environments. Prior to VIPA Digital, Vijay was the Operations, VP at Digital Realty, responsible for the company’s portfolio of Data Centres across Europe.

Vijay also spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley where he held a number of senior leadership positions including the European Head of Enterprise Computing, Global Head of Data Centre Portfolio Management and European Head of Enterprise Data Centres, where he transformed the team into a world class organisation, earning numerous industry accolades.

Darren Clayton is the founder of Regenerate Wellness, and a seasoned leader in the corporate wellness and high-performance space. With a background that spans elite sport, event-management and workplace health, Darren has spent years building companies and programmes designed to fix the burnout and fatigue epidemic in demanding industries.

His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning and feasibility to technical detail design and construction delivery.

Together with the wider team at Bryden Wood, he has been instrumental in evolving the firm’s Data Centre capability, applying industrialised construction logic to ensure efficiency, resilience, and scalability. Spiros, a well-established lawyer with a rich background that spans over 25 years, has been one of the pioneers in the legal domain of TMT, data protection, and privacy in Greece. His expertise encompasses a range of complex projects related to data, digital technologies, and transformational tech initiatives, including cutting-edge areas like artificial intelligence and data post-processing. Marinos Giannopoulos, CEO of Enterprise Greece, is an accomplished finance and academic expert with a Doctorate in Strategic Management. His dissertation explored the impact of asset divestitures on acquisition performance in Greece.

Vassilis Tsilimpis is a partner of Dromeus Capital Group and serves as Managing Director of Investments, with a primary focus on the firm's digital infrastructure strategy. Before joining Dromeus Capital Group in 2013, Vassilis was a Senior Financial Consultant in the Transaction Advisory department at Ernst & Young in Athens. In 2013 he assumed a regional role as a Technology Services Support Manager in the regions of Greece, Cyprus and Africa.

Michalis holds a Degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow. He is based in Athens, Greece.
