Alex Bornyakov is a Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on IT industry development. His main goal in this position is to turn Ukraine into the largest IT Hub in Europe.

Among Alex’s projects is the introduction of a unique tax and legal space for the IT industry Diia.City. It combines favorable tax conditions with effective tools that allow companies to build a transparent corporate structure, attract foreign investment, and use additional mechanisms to protect intangible assets. Alex also places a great deal of emphasis on developing the Ukrainian startup ecosystem, as he aims to bring Ukraine to the TOP-5 countries with the highest number of startups per capita in Europe. As part of the support initiatives in this area, The IT Generation project was launched. It offers free training in IT specialties for switchers.

Alex has an MBA (University of New Brunswick), an MPA (Columbia University) and more than ten years of experience in IT management. He founded and managed a number of successful companies and startup incubators, including the American video monetization platform Adtelligent and the outsourcing company Intersog, which was included in the TOP 5 App Developers in Chicago according to Clutch. In 2015, he became Best CEO / COO - IT BIZ AWARDS 2015, and in 2016 he was included in the ranking of 25 trailblazing business leaders in Ukraine.

Matt Evans is a Managing Director, Head of Europe at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Evans is based in London and focuses on European Investments and opportunities. He is an accomplished and a highly experienced global infrastructure investor, bringing more than two decades of relevant industry and transaction expertise to DigitalBridge.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Evans served as Global Head of Digital Infrastructure, Co-Head of Origination and Co-Head of Europe at AMP Capital. During his tenure, he was responsible for the firm’s successful investments including Axion, Expedient, Everstream Solutions, eNet and Towercom. Before joining AMP Capital in 2013, Mr. Evans spent 14 years at Macquarie Capital Advisors in various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Managing Director of the Telecoms, Media, Entertainment and Technology Group in EMEA.

Mr. Evans has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Waikato in New Zealand.

Jon Plavnick is a GIP Credit Partner having joined GIP in 2022. He focuses on global infrastructure private credit opportunities and is based in New York.

Prior to joining GIP, Mr. Plavnick was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management where he was responsible for high yield and distressed private credit opportunities. At Oaktree he managed private deal sourcing, structuring, and underwriting and led a number of successful restructuring processes. Before Oaktree, Mr. Plavnick was Head of Asset Finance and Securitization at BNP Paribas for Latin America, where he managed a dedicated team that closed several landmark transactions in the region. He spent the prior 8 years at Deutsche Bank in London and New York as a credit trader and structurer, responsible for structured, sovereign, and corporate deals.

Mr. Plavnick holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a degree in Economics from Universidad de San Andres, Argentina.

Vicente has been an investor, advisor and senior executive in telecommunications, media, and technology for over 18 years. With a strong track record and network, Vicente is behind the investment strategies of DTCP. He has deployed over $2.3 billion in invested capital and executed over $100 billion in announced M&A transactions.

Vicente is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra, and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Growth. He currently serves as a board member at Cellnex Netherlands, Open Dutch Fiber, Community Fibre Ltd. and maincubes. Previously, he held board positions at Scout 24 (G24.DE), Ströer Media AG (SAX.DE), Cellnex Switzerland, Strato AG, Nexmo, Keepler and Cellwize.

Prior to founding DTCP, Vicente was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom between 2010 and 2015. During this time, he executed – amongst other transactions – the merger of MetroPCS with T-Mobile US, the lease-leaseback of over 7,000 T-Mobile telecommunication towers to Crown Castle, the sale of EE to British Telecom, and the acquisition of GTS Central Europe.

‍Before his tenure at Deutsche Telekom, he held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Royal Capital Management.

‍Vicente holds a degree in business administration and MBA (Lic&MBA) from ESADE Business School.

Ellen Hall is the Portfolio Manager for Fidelity’s Japan Data Center Fund series and President of their US Core Real Estate Fund. Ms. Hall joined Fidelity in 2020 as Head of Direct Real Estate. Ms. Hall has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and has led several multinational ventures. She brings a functional expertise in developing, acquiring, and divesting properties and assets in industrial, logistics, data center and multi-family categories. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Hall was Global Head of Real Estate Investment and Corporate Development at Iron Mountain and previously held executive roles at Prologis and its legacy acquired entity, AMB Property Corporation. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Grosvenor Property Americas. Ms. Hall received a B.S. from Boston University and an M.B.A from the University of Cambridge

Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He has been responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and development of the STT GDC group since its inception in 2014. He is also concurrently Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT).

Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Asia and Europe. The company has built a substantial portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform serving all the major cloud service providers and enterprises in Singapore, India, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines; through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Germany, and GDS in China. In addition to his role as President and Group CEO, Bruno also sits on the Board and chairs the Executive Committees in all these companies.

Bruno has been instrumental in steering the company to achieve market leadership in significant economies, solidifying the STT GDC group's reputation as a prominent player in the global data centre industry. An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and data centres industry, Bruno was most recently named to Capacity Media’s 2023 Power 100 list, recognising his contributions to the wholesale carrier and ICT industry.

Bruno’s track record includes founding roles as the CEO and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he played a key role in building up the company's growth and expansion in Asia and Europe. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East, which later merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets during the company's SGX REIT listing.

Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s from Rutgers University, USA.

Krupal Raval joined Equinix in May 2019. He currently serves as Managing Director for the xScale team. with nearly 20 years of financial services and REIT industry experience. Since joining, the xScale team has announced several multi-billion dollar joint ventures, with nearly $8.0 billion committed to projects in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Previously, Krupal was Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific for Digital Realty. In that role, he oversaw a range of financial functions in Asia Pacific region, including forming the Joint Venture partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. He also served as the regional Portfolio Manager, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 2.0 million square feet, which grew nearly 3x during Krupal’s tenure in APAC, while NOI increased nearly 4x.

Krupal also previously served as the Vice President, Capital Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Here, he was responsible for designing and executing financial strategy, balance sheet management and corporate functions, including financial reporting, corporate finance, and investor relations and marketing. During his tenure at Alexandria, the firm raised $2.1 billion of equity and debt capital. Prior to this, Krupal served as a Research Analyst for Fidelity Management and Research, where he coordinated asset allocation with the firm’s portfolio managers, resulting in over $4 billion new capital invested in publicly traded real estate companies. Krupal started his career at the top-ranked Citi REIT Equity Research team.

Krupal received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he was a Meinig Family National Scholar (awarded to less than 2% of each class). In his free time, Krupal spends time with his family.
