Scott Schaevitz is Vice Chair in Investment Banking at Barclays. Mr. Schaevitz has over 30 years of financial services experience and is responsible for providing merger and acquisition advice to, and raising debt and equity for, public and private real estate companies.

Mr. Schaevitz’s advisory work includes: the acquisitions of QTS and AirTrunk by Blackstone, the acquisition of a majority stake in GD Towers by DigitalBridge and Brookfield, and the acquisition of Radius by EQT and PSP. Marcos Peigo is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge, and the CEO of Scala Data Centers, a Latin American data center platform. Mr. Peigo has over 20 years of experience as a technology and communications infrastructure executive based in Brazil.

Group Chief Operating Officer & Head of Investments, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres

Mr Jonathan King is Group Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investments of STT GDC Pte Ltd (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Mr King has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC’s high quality platforms in China, India, Singapore, UK and Thailand.

Prior to joining STT GDC, Mr King was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-CEO. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. This business has since been listed on the SGX as Keppel DC REIT (SGX: KDCREIT). Prior to this, Mr King was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank focused on real estate investment banking.

Mr King has over 20 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. In the data centre space Mr King has led over US$3.0bn of transactions since 2011.

Svein Atle Hagaseth recently took over as the CEO of Green Mountain after 7 years as the Chief Sales Officer in the same company. Andrew has been a leader in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy for over nineteen years.  In 2004, Andrew founded ipVA, Europe’s first IP Strategy consultancy and built the business around a proposition that ‘IP’ should mean all intangible assets and ‘Strategy’ should mean how value could be created from or is eroded by them.  In 2014 he joined EY to begin the first IP Strategy practice inside a global consulting firm. As a former lawyer Andrew was conscious of the absence of a consistent language and definitions for the intangible lexicon. Andrew set out to create the first taxonomy of intangibles, resulting in his Intangibles Tree.TM.
